    Hello,
my name is Marcin Stypulski and I work as a Software Developer for Speedchecker Company. We've an issue with false positive flag in our product - we don't know how we can delete it. Our product was added to the White List by Symantec AntiVirus Software but now we need some support/feedback from ESET - and no one has contacted nor replied our e-mails. We would be greatfull if you can help us sort this out asap.

All needed information about our software(included software) was sent to this email: samples@eset.com.

    result test from VirusTotal:
Snipped: VT link removed to comply with TOS

    best regards,
    Marcin Stypulski

The PUA detection was added based on an analysis which showed that the application meets the criteria of potentially unwanted applications (PUA). PUA is an optional detection and is enabled only with user's consent.
