Failing to download Smart Security 4 from ESET website

I am failing to download ESET Smart Security 4 64-bit from ESET website.

I am entering the credentials (username and password which were sent to my e-mail address ) to the pop-up window that appears when I click the 'Download' button and then click 'OK', but the pop-up window to enter the credentials keeps coming again and again with blank username and password fields so I have to enter the credentials again and again and no download file window appears.
I have added http://www.eset.com to the trusted sites in IE 8 Internet Options and also disabled UAC but this doesn't help.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit running on HP Pavilion dv5 notebook.

Help please

 

The username and password are case sensitive and the hyphen in the username is required

The password is ten characters long and lowercase

When copying and pasting, make sure you do not select an extra blank space.

dont use the Letter "L" in passwords, use the number one (1) instead

A big "0" is the number zero, a small "o" is the lowercase letter o.

 

Or you could use your mouse to copy and paste each one of them and if you dont copy spaces it should work OK.

Thats what I do.
