"Failed to open firewall configuration" Error

Please help me!!!

I have ever instlled NOD32 v4.0 to my laptop, use Windows Vista.
I want to re-install NOD32. But after I uninstall (removed C:\ProgramFile\ESET and C:\ProgramData\ESET), run the Installer Cleanup and ESET Uninstaller, but I can not use NOD32.

After I uninstalled, I re-installed NOD32 v4.0. Everything is normal. But it did not display the splash screen same as other times. So I must open by Start - Programs - ESET - NOD32...

But it display a error window, "Failed to read firewall configuration". I press the OK button, the ESET NOD32 interface is display, but the date of updating is wrong.

I press the F5 key to advance set up, the error window "Failed to read firewall configuration" was display again. Press OK, I see the advance setup windows. The system protection check box was disable. I check it, but after OK, it not change.

I re-installed many times, so can not fix this error.

I used the SysRescue Disk to scan, no threat have detected.

Please let me know the way to fix this.

If you're using Vista, make sure to install SP1 or better SP2. Also try installing EAV v. 4.2.35.
