Failed to create scheduled task....RPC server error

    Trying to manually start a full backup to a removeable hard drive that has nothing on it. I am getting the following error message.

    E00640058:Failed to create scheduled task
    Failed to create scheduled task. Error # 1722 - The RPC server is unavaliable."

    What is a RPC server? I have a stand alone machine, Trying to backup C-Drive to removeable D-Drive.

    Check to see if the schedul2.exe task is running.
