    Hello Bishoonmo,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please take a look at this previous post of mine regarding the warning message during backup creation.

As for the second issue, please not that the reason for this error is that the path for restored files exceeds the 256 symbols limit. Note that the issue persists only if you restore the files to new locations, since if you restore them to original location then the path length will not change.

If you would like to restore files/folders to the new location we recommend that you use Mount Image Archive tool of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server to mount the image as a virtual drive and copy necessary files/folders via Windows Explorer or another other file manager. You can find the detailed instructions on how to use this function of Acronis True Image in Chapter 12. "Mounting an image as a virtual drive" in the Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server User's Guide.

P.S. Please note that you can find Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server User's Guide in Russian language on the Russian version of Acronis web site.

    Thank you.

In Windows 2000 and later, the path is not limited to 256 characters.
