Failed Firewall Initialisation

    Tried installing the new beta tonight. Install seemed to go well however the firewall would not initialize. I did a clean install with no other programs running. repaired the install three times with no luck. Installed the old beta and all is well again.

    WinXP SP2 (Not sure what other info would be beneficial)
