Fail when installing

    I actually have ESS4 4.0.467. I am trying to install the newest one, but i get this error during installation:

    A network error occured while attempting to read from the file: C:\Windows\Installer\ess_nt32_enu.msi

    i had not uninstalled the previous version, just trying to install onto the old version, as it always worked. I have Win Vista 32 bit. What should i do?
    In addition i cannot turn on the Document Protection.

    It sounds like a backup copy of the original msi installation file was removed. Use the ESET Uninstall tool to remove the product completely.
