    Hi all

Anyone help with this little problem...

Attempted to download the 'download package' from the F-Secure website in order to do an online scan (just a second opinion required....I currently have NAV2005 which is giving me a clean bill of health). Three times yeserday I got the message "Download unsuccesful. Please try later"
Could this be down to a problem with the F-Secure server or a problem closer to home?
    Any ideas greatly appreciated

    thnx

Administrator account doesn't apply to Windows 98 which is the OS that the OP uses.
The OP has IE6 and has Java, Scripting and ActiveX all enabled. I'm wondering if this is may be resolved by installing Sun Java. Yes/No?

Just tried it myself and it started downloading the files no problem. I added this URL to my trusted zone in IE.
    http://support.f-secure.com

Try that, then refresh the page and try again.

Edit: Just tried it again and got the same message saying unable to download the files. I tried again and it worked. So looks like you will just have to keep trying until it works. Your dial-up may compound the problem, but it does work, so perseverance is the key here. ;)

You may also want to check your firewall logs to be sure it's not blocking the download.
