Scanning with the Reffile released today will produce one f/p :

IGetNet RegValue Data Miner HKEY_CURRENT_USER:Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks\

Put it on the ignore list for the time being.

    Regards,

    Pieter

    Hi Rusty,

There are a few possibilities that could cause this behavior:
    • conflict with GoBack, not everyone has it, but some do. The only known solution is to perform the scans in safe mode.
    • conflict with resident AV programs, disabling the AutoProtect (or whatever it is called in your AV) should solve that.
    • using the wrong build (should be 162)
    • sometimes it helps to uncheck the scanning within archives. You can find that under Settings (gearbox) > scan

If none of the above solves your problem, let us know.

    Regards,

    Pieter

    Hi Rusty,

If it does hang on the same folder everytime, try excluding that folder from your scans.
It sounds like a modem driver?

    Regards,

    Pieter
