I have a problem with remote admin - the version of some of the clients is showing incorrectly. When I go and check theses machines the version is up to date

Also I get an email on one machine saying there was an error I have reloaded NOD32 and still get the error below

11/08/05 10:10:06 AM - During execution of Update module on DESPATCH computer, the following notification was generated: Error occurred while updating program modules (Cannot replace the current file. Check the system TEMP and TMP variables.)

Have you checked %TMP% and %TEMP% exist?

    C:\DOCUME~1\USERNA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp

If you look at the time the clients last connected, are they fairly current, or do they look like they have been disconnected for a while? I used to have a problem like this several months ago with older versions of the software. Which versions of NOD32 and the Remote Administrator are you using?
