External Hard Drive Problem

I have just bought myself a new external USB hard drive. and i am trying to rip a DVD using DVD shrink into ISO output format. But however it is ignoring this and creating four I01, I02, I03 and I04 files instead. I have the output set as .ISO output but it is just ingnoring that and putting the movie on my exteranal I01 files.

What can i do to correct this and get my ISO output onto my enternal drive.
