I am running Vista 64 on an HP9350F. I have the following hard drives:

One Internal SATA 750 GB drive.
One External Fantom 2 TB RAID (USB & ESATA)
One External Seagate 1 TB Free Agent Pro (USB & ESATA)

When trying to run Acronis True Image Home 12 v9709 from the CD, the Fantom drive is not found when connected to ESATA. When connected via USB, the Fantom drive is found, but Acronis can't read it. I was unable to get into a folder where I kept my Acronis backups. I have no trouble accessing my external Seagate Pro (via USB) when booting from a CD. I am able to access my backups on the Seagate Pro.

My Fantom drive (a case containing two 1 TB drives) is configured so that each 1 TB drive is mirroring the other drive. Why can't I access my Acronis backups from the Fantom?

    Hello Zookeeper,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

Could you please provide me with the license number via PM? I will provide you with an ISO file to create another CD.

    Thank you.
