External Archive Drive not Available for Restore

    Thank you for any help or comments.

    I have successfully tested Paragon Backup & Recovery 10 Suite with an external drive connected via E-Sata.

    This same drive can also connect via USB, and I'm trying to get the backup/restore to work connected USB (this PC doesn't have E-Sata). However, when I boot from the WinPE recovery CD, the only drive recognized is the internal hard drive, no external USB drive seen. How can I be able to see the external USB drive to restore from it?

    Do you have USB 3.0 connection? The reason could be in missing drivers of WinPE environment.
    Please try to manually add drivers (for Windows 7 x32) via Add drivers wizard and check if USB will appear.
