    Hello

Would you recommand a way to export all ERA configuration, especially policies?
Thus to switch to a new server.

    Thanks

Open your policies in the Policy Manager, export them out to XML, then import them to the policies on the new server.

Thanks but there's no option to export in the Console.

What we need is a way to export everything : policiles+rules+ERA configuration

You have to open your policies in the policy editor and export them. "View Merged" on your policy and then file -> export selected. As for ERA config, no idea.

Maybe you could just move the ERAS backend to the new server?

    \\leela\c$\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server

    On Server 2008.

There's a \settings and \database folder that may be easy to move to a new ERAS install.

If you're just trying to move the whole install, then get the same version of RAS installed on the target server. Stop the remote administrator services on both servers and then copy the entire contents of Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server on the existing server to the new one, then bring the service back up on the new server.
