Suddenly some web sites pop up a menu that says: "Explorer User Prompt" then "Script Prompt." The site freezes and I have to disconnect from my ISP.
Ran an AV scan and it showed a Java virus called ByteVerify. When I delete the virus and rescan the virus is gone. However, when I revisit two sites the user prompt shows up and the virus reappears. Have used these sites for several years with no problems but now they have a trojan - I guess. Also,
ZoneAlarm alerts me that load.exe and loadnew.exe are trtying to get in. I am assuming that the sites have suddenly went corrupt. Any help on stopping these viruses from infecting my pc ... obvious way is to stay away from these sites.
