I have just received my new key but I have noticed that the expiration date does not appear anymore. Maybe because the username begins with EAV- and not AV-.?
I am using the version 3, of course. Can someone explain what is happening ?
    Thanks

It takes at least one day for the expiration date to refresh.

The problem is that does not appear any date. So it's not a refresh problem: simply the expiration date disappeared.

No worries - the expiration date will reappear in 1 - 2 days.
