I'm experience a BSOD right now while surfing. I used WhoCrashed and the analysis found out that the cause is rvsystem.sys. Here's the whole analysis for references:

I hope you can help me. Thank you very much.

Please send the following to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com:

    1. rvs3.log and rvs3-inst.log from: C:\ProgramData\Returnil\RVS3\log

    2. File or files with the same date/time stamp as the BSOD from your C:\Windows\MINIDUMP folder

    3. MSINFO32 report: click start > type "MSINFO32" without the quotes in the run or search box depending on your versions of Windows > click File > Export on the System Information window > Attch the log created with the other information in a ZIP or RAR compressed archive.

Can you resend the rvs3-inst.log file? The one you sent appears to be empty so may have been damaged. Simply reply to our reply with just that file if it isn't empty on your system as well.
