Exclusions

I would prefer if it were possible to select multiple exclusions, like using Ctrl to select each one or Shift to select a bunch in a row. Right now it is only possible to select one at a time. Of course, you could put a whole folder as an exclusion, but I would prefer specific files only, as a virus could place itself in the excluded folder.
