ewido updates

My ewido hasn't updated in days. When I try and update the program just sits there saying connecting to update.ewido.net but never connects or retrieves updates. Is anyone else having this problem?

 

No problem at all. i receive updates every day.

Thanks for the post Shek. I have no idea why mine won't update.

 

A recent reply from Ewido about this same problem, said that Ewido 3.5 looked for updates every three hours or when Windows started up.

This is why I rely on the Updates Forum on this web site to keep me up to date, and for which I am grateful to all contributors.

You can manually update:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/
Download and run.

you could see what happens when you try and ping the update server/s,
Start>run>cmd, OK> then type ping update.ewido.net
see if you are going to the right place.
