After scanning with Ewido I found that it had identified Sunbelt Software as being infected with a tracking cookie.
Is it fair to assume that is a FP, and that the cookie is Counterspy's update check?

    Thanks,
    Jerry

The Ewido support group suggested that it might be that Ewido had seen the tracking cookies that were contained within the quarantine folder of Counterspy. I deleted those from Counterspy, and ran another scan with Ewido. It came up clean. Evidently they put their finger on the problem.

A quick and satisfactory response. Just wanted to close the loop.

    Thanks Jerry.

I would have been surprised if CS was malware.
