Evidence Eliminator Error Help

    Support now gone, but can anyone help with an error that occurs while Securing Directory Structures...

    Error Report states:
    An error has occured during this process.
    Application:
    Section: subLowLevel

    Currently running in a Windows XP environment

    maybe run chkdsk and check the hd for errors

    Many thanks for the suggestion!

    Ran CHKDSK /F but found no disk problems, EE error message continues.

    For what its worth, have included the entire "error message" below, just in case it might jog someone's memory of past problems and possible resolution.

    Finally, resolved with new anitvirus software. Thanks!
