EVENT VIEWER AND EWIDO

    I have just noticed in my event viewer/system log. every day at some point there is an error message which says---

    Timeout (3000milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the Ewido Security Suite control service

    What does this mean ?

    In your system services, set Terminal Services to Manual and this will stop that message. Ewido and Terminal Services seem to have a contention problem or something during a reboot.

    Terminal Services is already set to manual, is this a common problem for Ewido users?

    Update,

    Just recieved an e-mail back from EWIDO which says they are going to try and fix this error in the next software update
