Go to start menu\control panel\administrative tools\services-> stop and disable the SSDP(UPnP) discovery service.

    Hello Stem,
Checked and the SSDP(UPnP) discovery service was already disabled on my PC.
Try also in adsl/Properties/Internet Connection Sharing to uncheck "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection"- after reboot DCOM Error in Event Viewer disapears ,but a Worning message appear that a new IP adress is established automaticaly and a new one icon with a double small monitors and yellow explamaton sign appears in Taskbar.( this one concerning Local Area Connections).
So I return to previous settings and check again "Allow other network users...."
Anything else what can be done , please

Sorry but must admit DCOM error appears again.
Contacted my Internet Provider but they say that this error is not caused from their side.
Any advice how to fix it please.

Have you any server software that runs on your system that is trying to startup UPnP (example: some P2P / torrent clients will try to start UPnP to comm with a router)

If you use Messanger, you could look to make sure the start up type is set to manual.
