even action selection postponed until scan completion

    even though selecting "strict cleaning" option (In-Depth scan) i get "action selection postponed until scan completion". I am really pissed-off with this situation.plzz help me out.

    I scanned a pendrive.It detected around 3771 viruses.More than half of the virus was cleaned or deleted . But rest of them required action from user. why do i give action if i selected strict cleaning?

    Try to delete the files manually by using windows explorer
