but i tested it through both virus total and jotti and eset is the only one who picks anything up so i assume this is a fp. she runs a online business and no other av says a word about it. but its just part of the page how would i go about notifying eset of this type of fp? i also tested it in a vm with about a dozen av's and nothing found there either.

What's the actual message from ESET?

Have you checked the HTML yourself?

we did the blog / site ourselves (blog and storefront). so yes did check it. what happens is when we download a backup of the site to store on our server it says its infected in the headers (three different ones) i do not get a notification when browsing to the site but i have tried is numerous times and redownloaded it and once again it says (ill have to check again for exact wording) it quarantines it. i uploaded just the header content to the above sites to test and no one else flags it either in my vm or uploading it to virus total or jotti.

edit it says php/kryptik.ab as the name of the infection
