ESS Thinks Win Update NOT Installed

ESS Rates Win Update KB 2753842 as CRITICAL and shows a Green circle "i" in System Tray & a Rt Clk Help Screen w/ Run System Update link listing "it"
as though the Update has NOT occurred;

MY Win Update History shows a Successful KB 2753842 Update on Dec 12
(1 of 12 Updates) BUT a Win Update Rating as IMPORTANT.

My Options?
Am I the only one?

As Ron already posted , KB2753842 was re-released to fix an issue in the original KB2753842.

You may also want to disable the system updates functionality in your installed software in order to avoid confusion with Windows Updates.
As already posted: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=338262, you need to re-apply this update as it was re-released.

On addition to Siljaline's spot-on (as usual) recommendation, you may wish to restart the system after applying the hot fix, even if not prompted to do so.

Thanks to all! I did get another Update Offer in my "Advise Only / Don't Dnload" setup and the Re-install IS the Solution. Sorry I didn't Google for the issue first as I often do.
