ESS Not Running at Startup

    For the past 3 or 4 days, when I start my pc, I see the balloon on the task bar from the Microsoft Security Centre saying that ESS is not turned on and my system is at risk. By the time the system has fully started, ESS is running ok and the message goes away. Does this mean that ESS is no longer starting at system startup? Bit of a concern as I have not changed any of the settings.
