ess is blocking webpage

ESS is blocking and I want to get the lastest version of OTL. ESS didn't used to block this page.

Details:

Web page:
xttp://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe

Description:
Access to the web page was blocked by ESET Smart Security.
The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous content.

I have tried to make an exclusion: Antivirus and antispyware > web access protection > HTTP, HTTPS > Address management and added Http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com, xttp://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/otl.exe, and http://www.geekstogo.com/* to the list of addresses "Excluded from checking" but the page is still being blocked. Could someone please get me pointed in the right direction to resolve this

I just tried downloading the file and did not experience any issue with ESET Smart Security v4.2.71 running virus signature database 6351. Are you still experiencing a problem downloading this file?
