ESS doesn't start at startup

    Hello
    I installed yesterday Windows 7, and I have a problem with ESS
    When I start my computer, the software doesn't load itself, so I have to start it. I want it to start automatically. How can I do that?

    I tried, doesn't work. After some restarts I did, I've noticed that the program doesn't start.

    Can you give me a direct download for 4.0.474 version? because when I get in this page, I need an Authorization in order to download this file.
