ESS can't delete infected files.

    Greetings. Got a question here, one of my friend uses ESS and her ESS can't delete infected files, it just says ## files infected. However I just tried to set as default settings and it wasn't worked even after resetting. Any idea(s)?

    It's not clear what you exactly mean. Is your friend getting an error deleting the file? Couldn't it be that he/she ran the scan in scan-only mode (without cleaning)?

    Just figured it out.
    Thanks Mr. Marcos.
    She ran scans with right clicking on drive and selecting scan option. Looks like it doesn't cleans infected files. She ran a custom scan from "Computer scan" option and it just removed infected files.
