When Anti-Spam in Outlook Express is enabled I get the following quirks:
(I've previously addressed the toolbar issues, but here's some additional info.)

1. If I receive new e-mail, Outlook Express tries to preview the topmost e-mail in the queue. (This is normal.) As soon as the connection to receive e-mails is done, the "selected e-mail" immediately jumps to the second e-mail in the list and the toolbar "flashes." (reloads?)

2. If I mark an e-mail as Spam, it is removed appropriately after doing the folder juggle it does. On the next start of Outlook Express, the toolbar is either grayed out and non-functional, or missing the icon text.
