ESS Beta 1b - System Tray Popup Menu

If I minimize the application by clicking its' title bar minimize button, the popup menu of the application's icon in the taskbar's system tray works fine.

But, if I minimize the application by clicking on its' taskbar button and then right click the application's icon in the taskbar system tray, then the popup menu stays on and doesn't go away until it times out, even when I activate other application windows.
While the popup menu is showing (by performing the above step) I can't switch to ESS by clicking on its' taskbar button.
(Most of the time, even Alt+TAB won't allow me to switch to the ESS window).

Machine Specs:
Intel P4 3.2GHz | 1GB Memory | Windows Server 2003 Ent. (SP2) | No other Security Tool Installed.
