I have recently installed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and my question is if I should disable ESS while I am scanning my computer with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
    Thank you in advance

I don't do anything but scan the program w/ESS still running, no problems.

Doing a full MBAM scan with nod32 on is basically like telling nod32 to scan the hard drive, as the real time scanner scans files being accessed by other programs. It's your choice.

So are you effectively scanning the hard drive (or drives) twice at the same time?

    Yes doesn't really hurt anything.
