ESS 4 - update not working

    Hello,
    can somebody help me with following issue.
    ESS4 does not update the virus signature. It says "Virus signature database is up to date" but there is a old version of virus signature database (5781) installed.
    Last successful update changes every hour but virus signature database does not update automatically.
    If i update it manually by clicking on "Update virus signature database" then it is working, so username and password have to be correct.

    Any clue?
