ESET Smart Security & windows live messenger?

Hi all!

Excuse me if this has been up before, but I have searched this forum and still not got a answer to my problem.

I have smart security 4.0.474.0 and I have huge problems with live messenger,when I login there is no one online, but me, and next time I login there is a few online and next time I login agian there is none online again.

I have seen some solution to older versions of smart security, but I c an't find them in my version, guess I notice here that i'm really new to this program i'm an old user of kaspersky.

Is there a solution to my problem and if so, would somene be kind and guide me trought it step by step please?

This is where I get confused, I don't have "1- Remove the tick to exclude Yahoo Messenger from "From the Advanced section of Web access protection, in subsection web browsers click on the box to the left of yahoo messenger icon until a red X appears."

in my smart security :S

 

no live messenger there?
