    Hi
i know there is not more a forum here for eset smart security

but maybe i can i ask a question
i did it in the eset official new forum but i was not able to scan emails with smart security

well i installed smart security v5 64 on my laptop and smart security v6 on my desktop

is here someone able to scan incoming email (imap protocol) without with smart security or nod antivirus ?

i guess i should go in eset ->
and import this file in thunderbird (don't know in server or autorithy )

now eset should be able to scan incoming imap email
well with this settings , and the always scan SSL protocol enabled in eset , i can't even receive emails

    what's wrong?
did i do the right steps?
i tried with thunderbird 17 and up , no luck
    thanks

Maybe the "other anti-virus software forum" is a better place for this question.

    PS:
If I remember me well, siljaline had a list of supported email clients by Eset.

    Hey mantra

Even though Eset has moved its forum, then it does mean that questions can't be asked here. Webroot secureanywhere has like Eset its own officially forum, but that do not stop people asking question about Webroot secureanywhere issues, here on Wilders forum. Eset has been here for a long time, and many people here on wilders have a great accumulated knowledge abot Eset. That will benefit us all.

    Regards, Janus :))

If the support queries are indeed duplicated and one exists on the new Forum, perhaps we could draw this one to a close.

    Questions can be asked here.

Out of courtesy, don't post on their official forum and post here at the same time. Thanks.
