ESET Smart Security license lost problem

    Hello,

    A few months ago I bought ESET Smart Security but I lost my username & password. I've tried to recover it by using the ESET Customer Service and they gave me a page to recover it. I entered my e-mail and it says that they will send me the license to my e-mail but never received a response from them. What can I do?
