ESET smart security and Verizon Media Manager

    I have ESET on my Window 7 -64 system and I have Verizon Media manager installed but I can't watch media on my TV unless I turn off the ESET firewall. I inserted c:\program files\verizon\release folder in the exceptions but it just keeps blocking. The name of my computer is there but I can't get through. Any ideas? It works fine under windows NT or without a firewall. Thanks in advance.

    Is your TV's IP address in the Trusted zone? Does adding its IP address to the list of addresses excluded from active protection in the zone setup make a difference?
