eset smart security 5 failed shields up test

    friends I've just installed smart security 5 and shields up showed all ports stealthed but ping received.is this a problem?
    Thanks for your help. One more thing,are the default values ok or should I change some?

    Response to ping is allowed within Trusted zone only by default.
