When I try to update it says "Virus Signature database update Failed"
And under that it says Virus Signature database could not be updated.cause of invalid username or password
It pretty much looks like this

    Virus Signature Database Update Failed
Virus Signature Database could not be updated
    Invalid Username and/or Password
When I enter my username and password that they sent me i enter it and once I press Update Virus signature database the same thing pops up

Can you do an online scan here? --> http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/
No. ESET or a reseller only.

That wasn't ronjor's point ... if you don't have the latest virus definitions, then scanning doesn't accomplish much.

By using the online scanner (which he was kind enough to link for you) you can scan with the latest definitions.

By the way, how do you know you've "got couple of virus in my computer D="?

You can PM me your username and password, but I can only check if your license is active. You'll need to contact the distributor or reseller you purchased the product from.

I sent it to you no reply yet though. I said i had viruses in my computer because I scanned it with a late definition and it found like 3 trojans.

    Hello,
there were problems with your license that you are probably aware of and you were not charged for ESS whatsoever. You were subsequently emailed 3 times but the sales dep. didn't get a response.

Uhm, Thats incorrect I did get charged for ESS. The first time I tried to buy it none of my credit cards worked and It ended up saying pending on my credit card. So I canceled them and I bought it with another credit card and that one went through. I did not recieve any emails?

This is horrible.... Its been so long and I haven't even received a call. I know I have some viruses due to Malwarebytes finding some. This is not what you would call good customer service. I actually did pay for it to and it wont update, this anti-virus is useless at the moment and it has been for a very long time.

There was actually a valid reason for cancelling the license. I've asked the US guys to reply here directly as the information I received from them were opposite than what you're claiming.

This is ~ Snipped as per TOS ~ (Sorry for the language) If they are claiming that is the opposite of what happend at least give me a refund. Im down 60 dollars because of you guys so if your gonna do anything give me a refund or give the the anti-virus.

    Hello,

Our records show that the order was cancelled. If you believe a charge did go through on the credit card, please send me a private message with the details and I will ask ESET's accounting department for further information.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky
