The first release candidate for ESET Security for Microsoft SharePoint Server, v4.5.15016.0, has been released.

DESCRIPTION
ESET Security for Microsoft SharePoint Server (ESHP) is similar to ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server (EFSW), with the addition of a dedicated SharePoint protection component. ESET Security for Microsoft SharePoint Server allows customers to apply detailed security policies for on-access scanning as well as to perform deep on-demand (and scheduled) scans of entire SharePoint datastores and their content. It also includes rule-based filtering, which allows you to specify which files will be scanned for optimized resource utilization.

CHANGELOG/KNOWN ISSUES

• online help file is incomplete
• cannot be managed by ESET Remote Administrator (see KB ARTICLES for workaround, below)
