Something tells me ESet doesn't like money. If that is the case why don't they just give us this AV for free? I contacted ESet two weeks prior to my license expiring. I am now 2 days into an expired enterprise license and have merely received "<insert moron's name here> will be contacting you shortly. They are our <insert location here> regional sales manager dealing with your area". Phone calls are just the same. "Someone will be contacting you shortly" *click*.

As you can tell - I'm one very pissed off customer. Not due to the product, but due to the piss poor customer service.

Hi Shade91, Can you please state which country / area you are buying from as this will allow Eset to get a handle on the problem so as to resolve it.

Here in the UK recently, I was reminded two weeks before of expiry and given the correct links for renewal.

    Thanks. Pilli

shade, please do tell where you are located. I'm an Eset Reseller and would be happy to help you out. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

    Thanks,

Thanks Bandicoot. Finally got ahold of them. They sent me a quote 2 weeks back for the renewal but to an old email address. Got renewed for another 2 years .

Having spoken to the sales person responsible for California, an email was sent to the client on 16th June 2006, 10 days before the license was set to expire, with a quotation and renewal process details.
