ESET Remote Server Setup installation error

    Hi,
    i have been having problems with with the RSS installation.
    i first had to install a database and odbc driver and finally when i could test the database connectivity. the remote server refused to install giving me as error: system cannot find sqlera.tmp file, system has not been modified.

    I would be very grateful if i can get help on this urgently

    Are you installing ERA remotely via RD or locally?
