Since we move ERA to new server i decided to install SQL instead Access.
I set ODBC and validate and with ESET Remote Administrator Maintenance Tool validate connection to MYSQL.
When i start ERA, can not connect. Log:

    SOLVED

Problem is that db is empty.
There are too ways to set this up:

    1. Set MYSQL before installation of ERA and choose to "create tables automatic" (similar to that) in installation of ERA.

      OR
    2. Run ERA with default setting (DB set to Access) then stop ERA, run ERA Maintenance Tool and choose "Database transfer (...).
Choose source Access DB and destination MYSQL AND use this mark "create tables automatic" !!!

    After that start ERA!

hope i helped someone in future.
