ESET RAC - Cannot Check license validity

    On the ESET RAC we get messages in the Event log stating:

    Cannot check license validity: Unknown user

    This happens on the Linux servers, they are running ESET File Security for Linux/BSD.

    The Linux serves are in a net without internet access and the update is done via web to the Remote Administration server.

    The AV update process works fine. All Linux servers are running the latest update.

    This message is a bit anoying since it fills the log. Any ideas?

    This is a known bug which causes that message to appear even if no username/password is entered for update. It has no effect on functionality, however. The bug will be fixed in upcoming builds.
