Eset RA: Log details error -cannot get the data

    hi

    Windows 2003
    RA Console/Server 3.0.105
    Client: NOD32 2.70.39
    When I click the Scan log tab, for some scan item I cannot view the log details. Details tab only shows this error: "Log Details Error: Cannot get the data".
    The error seems to be occurs randomly, for example there is a ~1 day old record with error, and there is a 2 months old without error.
    Has anyone an idea?

    Those logs are just text documents stored on your RAS system. Disk corruption issues could be causing it, as could limited disk space. Maybe check out the event log on your server?

    Thanks for the answer.
    I have checked, there is no disk corruption and there is enough space.
    But yesterday as I reviewed either policy, I find that in the scanning section the "List all files" is checked. So I set it to "No". As I read this can produce very big log data because of enumerate all files.
    Now there are no errors in the new scan logs.
