eset not firing up

    Just had a clean up after infection by Win 7 total security- now none of my programs inc Eset are firing up because they need associating with an exe file. Having been infected once am nervous of downloading a fix for this. The only exe file I can see in the Eset folder is a blue and white eye logo <egui> is this the correct one?
