ESET NOD32 v.5 Gamer Mode Issue

Hi.

I'm running on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and installed the new ESET NOD32 v.5

After that I'm having this problem while playing video files.

There is a popup window coming up saying ESET NOD32 v.5 needs my attention.

Gamer Mode is disabled but it enables itself while playing a video in Windows Media Player and brings up this popup message.

As soon as I click the message Gamer Mode is disabled again.

Any ideas resolving this problem are very much appreciated.

I bet it's a known minor bug just like some other minor bugs that are plaguing this new version of NOD32 [version 5].
I'm also running Windows 7 Pro and I had done a clean install of NOD32 v.5 after uninstalling v.4 but after a week of use, I uninstalled it and re-installed v.4 instead which doesn't have all these bugs.

I will wait for the next changelog of a new minor update to NOD v.5.0.XX to see if all those bugs have been ironed out to move back to v.5 from v.4

By the way, I've also noticed that web-browsing is way slooooooooower with this version than it was with version 4. I'm using Firefox 7.0.1
