ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.2 reports that is turned off

Hi all

I am getting lately this notification "ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.2 reports that is turned off" in the Windows 7 security center even though the real time file system protection and the antivirus&spyware protection are on.
I suppose it's a Windows 7 SP1 beta issue as this started since I've installed the SP1 beta, but I can't be sure 100%.
I can't make the security center stop nagging about this.
Did anyone have this problem?

Is Nod32 working? If yes

otherwise move away from beta to Win7 gold or turn of alerts

Yes it does indeed sound like a bug or similar in the latest SP1 BETA.
If this problem started AFTER you installed the Beta of course?

Feels like the connection between NOD and Windows Security Center isn't right.
So nothing wrong with NOD, but the checks between NOD and WSS.
