Eset mobile security

Hi, I've got a major problem with my copy of Mobile security purchased from google play. I had to restore my phone to factory settings and after reinstalling eset m.s. I find I cannot activate my copy. I've forgotten my activation key or username and therefore I'm unable to activate it. I've looked at all product support on eset website but cannot find an answer. I have been using Eset smart security for years on my pc but still cant figure out how to solve this. Any help would be much apreciated.

Thanks for the swift reply.Tried your suggestion but I dont appear to have used google wallet to purchase the program! It's only been a month or less since purchase. I can see the payment on my bank statement but I forget which way I actually made the purchase. I'm hoping that someone from Eset reads this and is able to help.
